ABOUT US
We have been family owned and operated since we began building in 1977. Up-Tyte
Construction Inc. has been located in the Springfield, Missouri area for over 20
years. In 1996 we began building with insulated concrete form wall systems and
became a Reward Wall Systems dealer and certified installer in April of 1998.
We have been an Energy Star Builder Partner since 2006 and have constructed many
homes in the Springfield area that would comply with the Energy Star Standards.
Four homes recently built have been Energy Star certified with ratings exceeding
5 stars. Up-Tyte Construction, Inc. has built homes of all sizes and designs. We are very “hands on”
and involved in the construction process. Building homes is our only job.
We try to stay ahead of the curve in new products and are very involved in the
Springfield HBA. Up-Tyte Construction, Inc. builds award winning homes that are sometimes featured
in major local magazines. We currently build 1-3 homes per year ranging in size
from 1,500 square feet to 12,000 square feet. Being a small volume builder allows
us to greater control our quality.
